I loved the description of Terry "Moose" Millard. Anytime I hear excellence described I have this deep desire to want to be just like that person and to ask myself what is keeping me from having the same things written of me someday. Having played collegiate tennis and still loving the sport so much, I try to watch it on TV anytime I get. This weekend I watched arguably one of the greatest feats of 'excellence' I have ever seen in my life. Rafael Nadal is his name and he seems to have burst on the scene out of nowhere! Roger Federer, touted to be the greatest player of all time while still only in his latter 20's, was all anyone could talk about for several years. Then along comes this young Spaniard kid who is suppose to be great only on red clay and yet, he set out to prove that he can stand up to the best player in the world in the face of EVERYONE who doubted him... and he has convincingly shown that he is currently the best player in the world. His semifinals match was incredible enough lasting more than 5 hours!! Pounding the tennis ball at speeds in excess of 120 miles per hour for 5 hours would be enough to exhaust any person, and yet, after that match he then had to play Roger Federer, the GREATEST player of all time on a fast hard court for the championship match. Roger had a relatively easy road to the finals with two days of rest going into his final match. Nadal was exhausted with only 1 day of recovery and somehow dug down deep into a place he had most likely never been, and defeated Federer in 5 sets that took over 4 1/2 hours! The tears were powerful, the cheering an elation, but the accomplishment of victory in the face of so much resistance is a lesson for us all. No matter how difficult the economy may be, or what our past has held us captive to, or what people in the present say or think of our possibilities, all that matters is what we deep inside believe and know we can achieve. I for one continue to be inspired by such excellent men as Terry "Moose" Millard and Rafael Nadal. For they would both tell us I am sure, that if they can do it, ANYONE CAN DO IT if they set their minds and hearts to their dreams.

I believe this aspect is growing everywhere as business owners learn what it is. For example, Phoenix is much more sophisticated in this regards than here in Tucson. I average small business owner is still way behind in their understanding such incidents.

I was perusing your website earlier and for some unknown reason a couple of the pictures were failing to load. I guessed the problems was just my browser(I am mainly use firefox by the way) but I also used my android and even another pc and I still saw the some errors.The missing pictures made your page pretty much destroy itself so just giving the writer the info.
